The Tom Brusky Band is a versatile ensemble comprised of talented, award-winning musicians.  Their sound focuses on Slovenian and Cleveland-style polkas and waltzes, although when desired, they broaden our music sets to include popular standards, classic country, Latin-American, foxtrots, two-steps, swing, and Christmas holiday music.
 
The Tom Brusky Band has amassed a staggering repertoire of over five hundred songs, all of which they play by ear.  They can rile up a college crowd with all the polka favorites such as Roll Out the Barrel, She's Too Fat For Me, and E-I-O, and strike golden-agers' sentimental chords with such familiar, timeless classics as The Green Grass of Home, That's My Desire, and Waltz Across Texas.  They've entertained crowds from ten to a thousand -- from next door neighbors to United States presidents and governors.
 
To better accomodate all of the requests they receive to play for private parties, the band has cut back their 2009 public performance schedule by more than half.  After playing Southeastern Wisonsin's club circuit for many years with much success, they want to give other bands the opportunity to play those venues while they focus on providing quality music for private occasions (anniversaries, birthdays, etc.) and other special events.
